One year before the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Institut national du sport du Québec (INS Québec) has hold an exclusive corporate lunch, L’Aperitivo Milano-Cortina. Celsius was asked to join forces with INS Québec to develop the concept for this event, which has been held at the Sheraton Centre Montréal on March 25.
In order to make a concrete contribution to the preparation of Olympic and Paralympic athletes as well as to the expansion of the first interdisciplinary clinic specializing in the treatment of concussions, INS Québec was looking to develop a corporate fundraising event that could also contribute to the promotion of their mission among large companies and dynamic Quebec PMEs.
To meet the expectations of INS Québec, Celsius proposed to hold a 100% Italian-style business lunch. From antipasti accompanied by the most popular Italian cocktails to primi and the main course inspired by none other than Stefano Faita and his brigade from his restaurant IMPASTO, everything has been worthy of the finest Italian gastronomic tables. Meetings with renowned athletes and personalities and culinary surprises have punctuated this dinner orchestrated from scratch by INS Québec with the help of our corporate events team.
In addition to the logistical and technical aspects, Celsius has also overseen the design of the event, participated in the entertainment aspect and facilitated the strategic networking between INS Québec and certain companies wishing to support the cause.
