Context
Aliments du Québec sought to deploy a large-scale in-store signage program, including danglers, shelf talkers, price tags, and shelf strips, across hundreds of retail locations. The objective was to increase the visibility of the Aliments du Québec certification at the point of purchase and make it easier for consumers to identify and choose local products while shopping.
Concept
To bring this initiative to life, Celsius created the Aliments du Québec Local Squad, a dedicated field marketing team that travelled across Québec, building relationships with retailers and ensuring the consistent installation of promotional signage in a wide variety of store environments.
By maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence, the squad helped deliver a seamless and uniform brand experience while strengthening retailer engagement and maximizing the impact of the certification program at shelf.
Deliverables
The campaign reached an impressive 509 stores across nearly 100 municipalities throughout Québec, covering a total of 16,789 kilometres.
More than 20,660 signage elements and promotional materials were distributed and installed, significantly increasing the visibility and recognition of the Aliments du Québec certification among shoppers. This enhanced presence helped spotlight local products at the point of sale and encouraged consumers to choose foods that are grown and processed right here in Québec.
Celsius was responsible for the end-to-end execution of this province-wide initiative, including:
- Production of branded Aliments du Québec apparel for the field team
• Recruitment and training of brand ambassadors
• Route planning and logistical coordination across the province
• Retailer outreach and relationship management
• Ongoing field team supervision and support
• Weekly reporting and performance tracking to ensure operational excellence and measurable results
Through strategic planning, flawless execution, and a strong field presence, Celsius helped Aliments du Québec bring local products closer to consumers—one store at a time.
