Context
The Villeneuve family, along with producers Christal Films and Entract Films, were looking for an agency partner to support the promotional rollout of Villeneuve: The Rise of a Legend. The objective: create impactful on-site activations and promotional environments that would build awareness and excitement ahead of the film’s theatrical release in November 2026.
Concept
Celsius developed a flexible activation concept built around modular promotional structures designed to adapt to the varying footprints available at each event. In addition to design and production, Celsius provided strategic guidance and partnership opportunities to help maximize visibility and strengthen the campaign through key promotional collaborations in the months leading up to the film’s release.
Deliverables
Celsius delivered a turnkey activation program, including the production of a TV display wall showcasing the film’s trailer, informational podiums for the featured cars appearing in the film, and the layout of the branded promotional spaces.
The campaign has been running at full speed since January, with strong on-site activations led by our teams at the Salon de l’Auto de Montréal, the Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto and the International de l’auto de Québec. It includes on-site animation and full logistics of the set up and teardown at each auto show visited.
Next pit stop: the Montréal F1 Grand Prix weekend in May 2026, where the campaign will shift into high gear to reach racing fans at the height of the excitement.
