Context
As one of the Grands Partenaires of the 60e Finale des Jeux du Québec, Lassonde and its flagship brand OASIS secured a prime activation space in the Athletes’ Village—a golden opportunity to connect with more than 3,000 young athletes and participants.
Concept
Lassonde/OASIS set out to create a “chill” zone where athletes could unwind between competitions. The inspiration naturally came from the Village’s overarching theme: Après-ski—a warm, social atmosphere designed to bring people together, relax, recharge, and connect between competitions.
Deliverables
Celsius designed and delivered from full logistics to installation and teardown, two immersive brand spaces—indoor and outdoor— at the heart of the Athletes’ Village.
The activation featured:
- A fully branded OASIS environment
- A collaborative 100% COOL playlist to set the vibe
- On-site brand ambassadors animating the space throughout the Games
- Two special evening activations with s’mores and OASIS juice distribution
The result: a vibrant après-ski hub where athletes could warm up, unwind, and experience the brand in a memorable way.
